COMING HOME ...I AM SACREDNESS I AM... 

I was 18 when I left England with the question WHO AM I? My journey took me to living and working in the countries Switzerland, Germany, Holland and now Spain where slowly but surely my question has been answered. Through all my experiences, through all the wonderful people who've been my teachers along the way and most of all by being honest with myself, daring to delve into my feelings, my wants, my likes, my selfishness! My journey continues, the people around me are fellow travelers and my question has now become a statement...I AM! My journey has been a journey of recognition! Of recognising that I AM Important, I AM Unique, I AM Sacred! My journey is now a journey...of discovery, of feeling, of expressing, of love, of healing and of being multidimensional!

Meanwhile life continues to be challenging, we are even more busy, competitive and anti-social than ever before. We have almost managed to deplete the earth of all her natural resources and pollute her rivers with our debris! Are we then not surprised that anxiety, depression and disease is spreading fast across our land and that mother earth is on the rampage to reclaim her sacredness! Can we allow ourselves to choose to join her in consciously attracting the new energy, the new consciousness, to heal old wounds, to vibrate in love and not fear?

In 2004 we created SacredHearts Retreat as a sacred and quiet space for sacred friends to come together in celebration of the awakening of the new consciousnss, the journey in to the new energy and the co-creation of our NEW EARTH.

We hold a weekly New Energy Consciousness circle and monthly Creative and Meditative workshops, where the voice of spirit can be experienced, the unknown explored and a new reality discovered!
